Up until a few years ago when people saw the word tablet, they just used to think of something their doctor prescribed them. Nowadays the word ‘tablet’ means a lot more, to many people this is their device to access the web and stream video.
For us the word ‘tablet’ means that we can keep our clients’ information safe, no scraps of paper with important notes scribbled on them floating around with the possibility of being misplaced or lost. Not only that, as everything is online, we are largely reducing our carbon footprint.
It means we can get to our jobs on time with the correct gear for the job, with no time being wasted going backwards and forwards to the wholesalers.
It means we can report live back to the team in the office about what work we’ve completed, what gear we’ve used and whether we need to go back.
More importantly it means we can get feedback from the client there and then to make sure that they are happy with the job, allowing us to sign off and move onto our next job.
Technology not only helps us in terms of keeping confidential client information safe, it also allows us to work in the most efficient way possible, ensuring that our clients are happy with the job, enabling us to complete work to the best of our abilities.
